The Thay Technologies platform is a comprehensive corporate and enterprise web application designed to serve both external and internal audiences. It functions as the company’s primary digital identity while also supporting operational workflows such as recruitment, content publishing, and employee management.

Architecture & Structure

• Built using Next.js App Router with a modular, feature-based folder structure for scalability.
• Public routes power marketing pages such as landing pages, services, industries, blog, careers, and contact.
• Protected routes enable internal dashboards for employees, HR tools, leave management, timesheets, and exports.
• Server-side API routes handle file uploads, email delivery, and form submissions using serverless patterns.

• Modern, enterprise-focused UI built with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui (Radix-based components).
